HYGIENE

Practice proper hygiene: Shower daily, brush and floss your teeth twice a day.  Use these steps to develop a daily routine.

Keep your hands and legs clean: Trim your fingernails and toenails. Make sure no dirt is under them. A dirty pair of hands leaves a very bad first impression.

Take care of your skin: A vital part of men’s grooming comes down to making sure your skin is in the best condition it can be. Know your skin type and use products accordingly.

Groomed Facial Hair: If you sport a beard, keep it well-trimmed.  Whether you choose to be clean shaven or have a beard, the key is taking care to groom your facial hair every day. Invest in a quality razor and use the right beard grooming process.

 

 

 

FITNESS

Work out:A good body can go a long way. It grabs the attention of the people around you and you will be physically fit as well.

Stand up straight: Don’t slouch. A man with a good posture looks confident.(Yoga will do wonders)

 

 

 

SMELLING GOOD

Make sure you smell nice: Use deodorant. For underarms, a roll-on is advised. As for cologne, don’t wear too much of it.  So make sure you’re not offending anyone with intrusive odor or a dirty appearance, this will help you to be as clean as possible.

Avoid bad breath: Carry mints or gum to banish this. Nothing puts people off more than one smelling like rotten fish.
